Take WA-3 North, Take the WA-305 exit toward Poulsbo, Keep right at the fork to merge onto WA-305 NE, turn right at NE Forrest Rock Lane, Peninsula Cancer Center will be on your right.
What Happens After Hours
Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday–Friday. If you should need medical care after hours, please call (360) 697-8000 and you will be connected with the doctor on call. For non-urgent matters, please feel free to leave a voicemail message. If calling for the Kitsap Urologists, the number is (360) 874-7300.
Please note: Patient entrance is Suite 100 at the north side of the building — next to the Liberty Bank entrance. Parking is also available at the north entrance
